We had 2 rooms for one night. Both rooms were clean and affordable. Smallest bathrooms ever. Very low ceilings. We would have liked more light in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had to pay $15 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. Never had to do that before.

Disliked: Smallest bathroom in any hotel I've ever stayed in. Incredibly low ceilings. They charged us $15 to park in the parking lot. That was a first.

Disliked: Knocking at my door between 3-4 a.m.; loud outside music could be heard from 10th floor.

This was my second time in Dallas and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Warm cookie at check-in, friendly staff, and a very nice hotel. I hope to visit again soon!

Liked: Our experience was very great!! Walked through the doors an everyone greeted us with a huge welcome, bag of goodies, an the gentleman made my kids butterflies made out of sticky notes. The rooms was kinda small but we enjoyed it.

Liked: Location is great. The weather was really cold unexpectedly and the room was pretty cold. Even though I requested to warm the room up ot was freezing cold when I got back from dinner. Finally they warmed the room up after 20 minutes. The tv on the room is not smart it's so weird not to have smart tv right now. Staff was helpful.
