We had 2 rooms for one night. Both rooms were clean and affordable. Smallest bathrooms ever. Very low ceilings. We would have liked more light in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had to pay $15 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. Never had to do that before.

Disliked: Knocking at my door between 3-4 a.m.; loud outside music could be heard from 10th floor.

This was my second time in Dallas and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Warm cookie at check-in, friendly staff, and a very nice hotel. I hope to visit again soon!

Liked: Check in staff was very helpful. The meals at the restaurant and the bar area were great. Location was perfect for me.
Disliked: My blowdryer didn't work and I couldn't get a replacement before I left the building for meetings. There was mold in the shower.

Basic Stay

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel, it was convenient to explore the city as someone visiting Dallas for the first time. The staff weren’t overly pleasant, but a good level of friendliest. Lastly, I enjoyed the views from the hotel room, absolutely beautiful!
Disliked: As soon as I checked in, there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower that wasn’t mine. However, once notified, they cleaned up immediately. I didn’t enjoy the water pressure. The sheets weren’t clean, but once again once notified, they changed they immediately.
