Stay was good, airport shuttle...

Liked: All was clean and nice.
Disliked: I tried to contact the hotel thru messages in the booking app and by phone MANY times asking about the airport shuttle (included in the price) but got no answer. Ended having to pay a 50 USD ride to the hotel because of these.

Liked: courteous staff, good food, impeccable toom
Disliked: I didn't know that the weekend breakfasts didn't start until 7:00. I had to catch an early flight and was only able to eat something (I had paid for breakfast) because the staff let me in early.
