Liked: Free parking lot near the hotel. Nice pool an saunas. Good breakfast and lunch: it was a bit crowded, but there wasn't a shortage of anything, and personnel was fast and efficient.
Disliked: We were told that checking in before 15:00 is not possible, so we had to wait for two hours in the lobby. I do understand that these are the rules, but other hotels allow you to check in as soon as there is a cleaned room. Here they made the point to not even check until 15.00

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positive aspects, my experience was impacted by the room conditions. The room was uncomfortably hot, and unfortunately, I couldn’t access or use the air conditioning. To make things worse, the windows couldn’t be opened, which made it impossible to get any fresh air or relief from the heat.This definitely affected the overall comfort of my stay. It’s disappointing, especially when everything else was on a somewhat satisfactory level. I hope the hotel takes this feedback into consideration and looks into improving room ventilation or ensuring guests can control the temperature more easily.
