Liked: Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to everything we had planned.
Disliked: The only issue we had was there was no shower Gel in the room. I think it was just an oversized because we two shampoo containers.

Liked: I appreciate the supervisor’s prompt response to the employee, Nareef’s, rude behavior. She was kind and courteous but I am unsure if she spoke with him about his demeanor as he did not really change it once I spoke with her.
Disliked: The person who checked me in was neither warm or welcoming. Not only was he unpleasant to me but also to guests calling for assistance. He was curt and rolled his eyes with every question. I am unsure if he does not like his job or if he has a problem with certain people. I asked him if he was okay and he assured me he was so it sounds like his typical behavior. I don’t know how someone with this attitude is employed in the service industry. It would definitely impact whether or not I will stay there again. The first impression was not great.
