Disliked: The hot tub was overloaded with kids. The elevators acted very strange like they were going to get stuck. The steps going into the hot tub are very slick and dangerous. My brother fell in and hurt himself. Right after a lady fell the same way. I'm handicapped and I couldn't use the pool due to no stairs, it only had a ladder.

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: When we walked to the hall to our room, all u could smell was mildew or mold. Then when we finally got to our room bc the elevator on our side was broke, having to walk around the whole hotel, the ac and heat, and neither would work. I walked to the front desk 4 times, and they kept saying maintenance went in and fixed it. But neither the ac or heat worked. I waited over 30 mins at the front desk for someone so I could explain the heat, nor the ac was working. Then they finally gave us another room, which the heat and ac worked, which we appreciated. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain AT ALL. then I had to go bavk to the front desk bc there wasn't any bedding for th pull out couch. The convention was the only good experience. I would never recommend anyone.

I was disappointed

Liked: For the most part the staff was pretty accommodating.
Disliked: My room was not clean up to my standards. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working. My food that I brought was ruined because of the the non working refrigerator which spoiled my Holiday experience! I didn't get my refrigerator replacement until my second day of my stay. I'll probably won't be back to that establishment because of the inconvenience I experienced! I have stayed at numerous properties owned by Hilton and this one was the worst one ever!

Liked: The room was huge & like a little apartment. Definitely comfortable. Location is nice as well. Great view of pool & hot tub.
Disliked: It was pretty dirty behind the TVs & nightstands. There was a big opened bag of chips & looked like half ate soft pretzel behind the main TV.

Disliked: It's Loud and ghetto now use to be my little duck off quiet spot now not so much. The last three times I've come they've had large loud parties and children in the hot tub where I couldn't enjoy my stay. Pool area needs to be managed better.
