Hotel is dirty.

Liked: Service was okay. One person I dealt with was super pleasant, the other girl was miserable.
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. My room was dirty. My bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The room smelled moldy. It was really loud. The elevators felt old and unsafe.
