What a great hotel. I am a little handicapped - a nice room, stayed overnight, saw the Alabama concert Friday night, stayed overnight, and had a great breakfast. Saturday morning, staff very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Treated very good. Rooms were clean and shower water pressure was excellent. Great buffet breakfast - the blueberry pancakes were to die for.
Disliked: Had to buy a cup of coffee in the coffee shop. No lobby coffee.

Liked: Ideally located for us. Easy in and out of the airport, easy reach to Blue Line to go into the city, easy walk to outlet shopping, and a very brief stroll to the Parkway Bank Park Entertainment District. It's a perfect "base" when visiting Chicago.

Liked: Parking was only 15 dollars. The room was clean.

Liked: Location, room size
Disliked: Shower head was broken and did not stay up. Had to be held to use it. Front desk could not find my reservation at first and basically made it my fault for using a third party app to make it.
