Great property, good value!

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful & the room service was super quick!
Disliked: The parking lot was full when I arrived at 5pm to check-in

Horribly mismanaged / lack of...

Liked: The gym / pool was nice
Disliked: There were many things such as the phone in our room did not work. The food that I ordered was a grilled chicken salad and it did not come with chicken. The elevator did not work. The EV charging station didn’t work and there was limited supervision, particularly in the gym as there was a litany of children, running around and creating unsafe . When I brought these matters to the hotel staff / manager - the manager particularly was not receptive to my needs.
