Good city centre location and...

Liked: Really appreciated being able to check in a couple of hours early and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Disliked: The walls were so thin so we could hear our neighbours talking loudly at 1am. Also the room was quite dated and could benefit from a refresh i.e. new lamp shades as they had brown marks on them and some of the walls were scuffed.

Liked: Great location, very close to Temple Mead station. We walked from the station to the hotel late at night and felt very safe. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Good amenities in our room such as tea, coffee, shower toiletries etc. Parking was easy and convenient. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, my phone charger broke and they kindly gave me there’s!
Disliked: Breakfast was good however food could have been topped up more regularly.

Liked: Hotel 7 mins walk from Bristol train station. Arrived at hotel with a warm welcome. Room was ready a bonus as was only 1pm. Room was clean and tidy. Nice large bed the pillows were very comfortable along with the bed. Lovely toiletries in bedroom lots of hot water. We asked for more tea/coffee and milk next day on returning to room all topped up and bed nade with fresh towels. The only down side we had an adjoining room and the two guys in it were noisy. But would still go back again.
