Liked: The comfort of the room. The cleanliness of the room. The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit in Wenham. We loved having the Starbucks right in the hotel!!
Disliked: We did not like that there was not a fan in the bathroom (or the fan did not work). And there was not enough lightingin the room.

Good stay and accommodations

Liked: The location was ideal and the accommodations were fine for the time spent. Breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and professional.
Disliked: You can hear everything going on in other rooms.

Liked: There was a leak in the fire suppression spigot in my bathroom. When you sit on the toilet it would drip onY back. I told the girl at the desk the first day. It wasn’t fixed. I told the gal again when I checked out. Kind of a bother

Liked: It was clean, had everything needed so did not have to travel to get things. The Tradewinds restaurant food was excellent.
Disliked: The room was reserved for 3 adults with breakfast package. Room was only set up for 2. Two towels, 2 washcloths, 2 cups. Staff was good at bringing extra to the room, we just had to ask. At breakfast the next morning, no record we had breakfast paid for. Had to ask two different staff in the breakfast lounge before it got communicated we did have breakfast on the room. It worked out it was just a little frustrating.

Liked: Spacious room, great mattress and the pillows are amazing. Staff in both restaurants were exceptional food was also very good. Convention facilities were far enough from the room to not be bothersome at all. Front desk staff was excellent!
