Disliked: it was hard to fold the sofa bed back into sofa.....but it could have just been me

Disliked: We never even checked in. I booked through a third party website (booking.com) for a one night stay with my five year old. Seconds after booking I called to make sure the pool was available. It was closed for maintenance for the weekend. I was told I had to contact the third party for a refund. I’ve done that and was told the property won’t refund. I tried to message the property through the third party messaging system and no response. The sole purpose for booking was to go swimming. It was literally less than 30 minutes from booking to messaging to cancel.
