Overall it was great for a one night stay. Room was clean, food was good, and the staff were very friendly!

Liked: Very close to the J. Everett Collins Center where I was seeing a show. Dinner was great; food was delicious! Breakfast buffet was also very good. It was nice that breakfast started at 7 a.m. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable and our room was a bit chilly even when the temperature was turned up.

Liked: Nisrine at the front desk handled a hiccup in my check in fantastically!! She was a joy to deal with, in fact if it wasn’t for her my review would have been much worse.
Disliked: There was two large groups, a kids hockey tournament and a large religious event. The hallways were absolutely trashed! Food and garbage all over the floor.

I'd look elsewhere next time.

Wonderful anniversary trip

Liked: Staff was super helpful as usual. It was our anniversary and the hotel was pretty empty that night so it was nice to enjoy the pool by ourselves after dinner and again in the morning. We asked the front desk if they had a microwave and the girl had one for us before we even got to the room. My wife doesn't eat dairy and the staff even had a dairy-free cookie at the front desk so we really appreciate little things like that. The bed was super comfortable and we both slept very well. It was a great trip and we look forward to our next stay.
Disliked: Only that we couldn't stay another night.

Disliked: My fault completely, school vacation..... Kids galore in the pool & hot tub. Restaurant wasn't open.
