Overall it was great for a one night stay. Room was clean, food was good, and the staff were very friendly!

Liked: Very close to the J. Everett Collins Center where I was seeing a show. Dinner was great; food was delicious! Breakfast buffet was also very good. It was nice that breakfast started at 7 a.m. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable and our room was a bit chilly even when the temperature was turned up.

Lots of potential, but not...

Liked: The room was the best part of the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Everything else was mediocre at best. There was only one bartender in the restaurant for dinner, leaving him to tend to the bar and all of the tables. Needless to say, we waited a ridiculously long time for service. My 12-year-old daughter ordered the shrimp scampi and it had so many red pepper flakes in it, it was so spicy I couldn't even it. So she didn't eat dinner. My white wine was served warm. When we went to the pool we had to go around the outside of the building because they are renovating. It was so confusing we had to be walked there by a staff member. While we were outside trying to find a pool we tried to go in one of the doors and it was wide open. The whole hallway was under construction and the door was wide open, so anyone off the street could walk in. The pool area was swarmed with people who possibly live at the location. Small children filled the hot tub until it closed at 10:00, so I wouldn't go in. Overall, lots of potential here, but not up to Hilton standards.

Liked: Breakfast options were great, beds were comfortable, bathroom decent sized, balcony was a huge plus. Breakfast staff were AMAZING!
Disliked: Rooms were subpar considering it being a more "business" based hotel, found tons of old crunchy pieces of food and kids toys under our bed. The shower was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival, we booked this specific hotel for the pool and hot tub and couldn't use either of them on either day we were there because it was PACKED the whole stay with children ages roughly 1-15/16 years old, screaming, jumping around, splashing, hogging the hot tub and doing cheerleading stunts in the pool completely inconsiderate of the other guests that paid to use those facilities also! I definitely expected a better experience for the price we paid for our stay, I'm insanely disappointed and not sure I'll book here again, which is also disappointing because we were planning on booking this exact hotel for our family vacation next month with our kiddos but after this experience, we'll probably go elsewhere! Also the middle-aged "older" woman at the front desk on Friday afternoon March 14th and Saturday afternoon around dinner time March 16th she had black rectangle framed glasses, and longer dark hair is WICKED rude! She definitely needs a lesson in customer service and to learn some mannerisms! I'm still in disbelief at the rudeness that beamed out of her!
