Disliked: I had a terrible experience with Martha, the front office employee responsible for my check-in. She was extremely inattentive and failed to enter my check-in into the system. As a result, another front-desk employee unknowingly reassigned my room to someone else — who then burst into my room in the middle of the night. The next morning, when I went to the reception to get a new key (since mine had been deactivated by the new guest), Martha didn’t even apologize. Worse, she didn’t offer me a new key immediately after the incident, showing a complete lack of concern for the situation.

Disliked: As with the location (next to highway) it was very loud. Trying to sleep, was awakened to loud mufflers and car noise.
