Disliked: The mounted tv was hanging facing the floor after trying to raise up to comfortable level it still sagged down,the small lamp's bulb was out. I did not complain because my stay was only for one night so that is that.

Disliked: This hotel stated that they were rooms with a king size bed, when it was a queen, ac in room was either freezing for hot. There was no room service, no valet parking . We also never got an actual key to our room . We were instructed to scan our phone in order to pay for parking, was informed that parking was $39, according to my receipt from Double Tree Hotel Austin parking was in fact only $20. I was informed that “they could not change the price” and it was documented all over the website parking was $39. That a manager would come speak with me, that did not happen. Double Tree Hotels used to be high end. The Austin location was more like a motel 6.

Very nice hotel, great distance...

Liked: I loved the hotel. Room was great and the bed was comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were very nice. The free coffee was nice and the cookies provided were very good, and I really liked the common areas in the lobby. There were also some nice seating areas outside to enjoy a pleasant evening. This is a great location close to the university when we visit my son, so we will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: I was a little disappointed that parking was so expensive and that there were no breakfast items included in the price of the hotel.
