The hotel was fine, but they made it very clear when we checked in and checked out that our stay would not count toward HHONORS Points since we booked through a third party. VERY disappointing. We were to get HHONORS Points for anything charged to the room, but the restaurant onsite did not have the capability to charge to the room due to a computer glitch. VERY disappointing again. We spent about $700 at a Hilton Hotel with no HHONORS points recognition.

Lovely staff and decor, and...

Liked: Great lobby with wonderful displays about the history of Asheville. Good location.
Disliked: Though it is nice to be dog friendly, there was a dog that barked incessantly from 9-midnight each night we were there.
