The hotel was fine, but they made it very clear when we checked in and checked out that our stay would not count toward HHONORS Points since we booked through a third party. VERY disappointing. We were to get HHONORS Points for anything charged to the room, but the restaurant onsite did not have the capability to charge to the room due to a computer glitch. VERY disappointing again. We spent about $700 at a Hilton Hotel with no HHONORS points recognition.

Disliked: I travel with my emotional support dog so I feel the room was downgraded. There was very minimal damage from previous pet(s) I’m very happy they allowed my dog for an additional fee.

Liked: Location is great, and staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Facilities are a little dated. We also had stayed here about 6 months ago, and the elevator is still out of commission.

Overall, it was ok!

Liked: The location and staff were nice when I needed to interact. The rooms were decent to be a pet friendly hotel! Good location by the highway. I didn't get to really explore the outside area due to the weather; It seemed nice.
Disliked: We traveled for a soccer tournament. The team used a link for the hotel to book & received vouchers for breakfast. Due to booking differently, customer service wouldn't give to my daughter like the rest of team.There was a whole in shower from what looked like a repair that was done incorrectly.
