Nice, clean and quiet hotel...

Liked: Room was great. Hotel is nice, clean and quiet. I requested a room with a bathtub and received a shower only room. Other than that no complaints or issues.
Disliked: I would have preferred a room with a tub instead of a shower only room. It would be helpful if it was more clear in the room description. I would have booked a room with a tub specifically if option was available.

Hotel nice, but booking and...

Disliked: Couldn’t get anyone to refund our 2 unused rooms, one reservation was unable to be found by the hotel. And the reservation that was found they didn’t provide the king bed that was booked. Communication w booking.com and hotel was non existent. We are very disappointed.
