Definitely solid choice for Chicago

Liked: Room super clean, great for parking at location, good facilities
Disliked: Had one stained towel which was a little disconcerting but all other towels looked fine

Safety concerns

Liked: It was a very nice property and most of the staff was very nice and professional. There were some with less than desirable attitudes.
Disliked: They let people go in a potentially unsafe elevator after being told three times by myself that the elevator was going on backup power and taking people back down to the ground floor or the lobby. I completed my stay and it still wasn't fixed nor was there a note of maintenance. Also the room cleaning was inconsistent and not always performed.

Comfortable and Convenient but lacking...

Liked: Clean and Quiet, Friendly staff. Good parking.
Disliked: Poor bathroom lighting. No chair in room. No clock in room. Poor closet space. No bar soap in shower, only pump liquid stuff.I was charged $9.95 for WiFi access without notification about charge. (The charge was removed after I questioned why there was no notification, but it had been placed on bill automatically if I had not caught it to complain.)

Disliked: There was a blood stain on the best sheet which is a first time for me because I normally stay with this hotel everytime I visit Chicago. I didn’t want to make it a big deal so I put a towel on the sheet and slept for the night.
