Liked: Staff, restaurant
Disliked: A/C in room not good, difficult to to cool down. When I checked in I was told it was my lucky day and was getting an upgrade, actually it wasn’t and room wasn’t particularly good!

Pleasant stay

Liked: -Very good breakfast, albeit expensive (kids under 12 dont have to pay).-Two-minute walk from Central station.-Had a family booking, communicating rooms was a big plus.-Friendly staff.
Disliked: -Noise (loud music) from the bar on the too floor, audible from our rooms (on the 8th).-Mini bar had only two bottles of water, at 6€ each..-Somewhat noisy air conditiining/heating.

Pleasant

Disliked: I found it to be over priced and I appreciate the showers have little power to save water but found it extremely difficult to wash my hair.

Liked: Comfortable bedsIdeal location
Disliked: Bottles left outside our the room from previous occupants on arrival. Still there 8 hours later.Attended the roof top bar with my wife, only to be made to feel unwelcome by the hostess on night of 9th Nov who looked at us like something off her shoe when we tried to gain entry.Highly disappointed.Unacceptable queing at reception (45 minutes) to be seen at check-in.Breakfast not included in stay.

Liked: Excellent location .. bed and pillows were comfortable .. rented parking right below the property .. staff were very pleasant .. breakfast options and quality was high quality .. lift was really fast so very little waiting time .. the key cards didn’t deactivate in the duration like most hotels for the 2 days I stayed .. gym was available 24/7
Disliked: Gym was average with minimal equipments

Liked: The location was perfect, right by central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Over all amazing stay.
Disliked: We went to have a drink and food on the roof top bar but it was full so there was no availability for us. But it was a weekend so needed to pre book. We managed to get in the restaurant downstairs so it wasn’t a problem in the end.
