Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The breakfast was EXCELLENT, and the location was very convenient. The personnel was very nice, also. The pool was very well maintained.
Disliked: On the second night the toilet handle broke, and the toilet water ran constantly. Also, the refrigerator was either broke or not plugged in. We weren't able to get behind it.

We didn’t stay because it...

Liked: Nothing. We never stayed.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The room was dirty. We didn’t even stay for the night. We walked in and left and got a room somewhere else.

Passable

Liked: Breakfast and staff were great.
Disliked: One of the beds in the room had stains on the sheet...they had not been changed. The hallways were rough and need to be updated...The maids came to room with new towels, but did not make up the beds.

Disappointed

Liked: The location was only a couple of miles from the wedding.
Disliked: Rooms dirty, items didn’t work as they should, damaged and had not been fixed. Pool/hot tub cloudy and green water. Electrical in the bathroom burned the hair dryer plug and was very hot (could’ve burned skin) even after it was disconnected. Tub/shower only the shower would work the diverter was stuck. Old water stains on ceiling tiles, not all lights worked in bathroom. Dust build up on vent above shower. Hole in bathroom door and chipped all along the bottom of the door. When asked for sheets for sofa couch pillow cases had red stains on them (we didn’t use them). For the cost of the room for the two nights I am very disappointed and would not stay again nor recommend this place to anyone. Staff at front desk was nice (when they were at the desk). Also, floor staff common response when asked a question was sorry no English
