Disliked: There was no soap in the shower dispensers. The hot tub looked poorly maintained (it had a dirty brown bottom), there were no double tree cookies. When we checked in we were told there was a continental breakfast. The next day we went down for breakfast and it was a sit down order off of menu breakfast. We asked the front desk if this was included and the guy told us it was, but then the restaurant said it wasn't. Overall very confusing. The waitress was accommodating and the service was great. I offered to pay still but the restaurant insisted we didn't. Also when I checked in I was asked if I was with the state, which I am not. Something to do with the visa number or something. Overall it seems like this hotel is run by people who have never been to a hotel before.
