Disliked: Walls were a bit dusty in the room. Parking is ridiculous. £15 a day….. use your parking space app. Got two days parking for £6 2 mins up the road.

Liked: Central areas downstairs were lovely and we were there for an event which was excellent. The building itself is wonderful but the hotel need to do a lot more for the money they charge.
Disliked: On arrival the male staff member was quite abrupt and rude, a parking charge of £15 is absurd when taking into account the amount we had already paid for the room. The rooms need a complete upgrade, they were extremely worn and didnt feel particularly clean.
