Liked: Breakfast was very good . One server but she was great. Great variety of food.
Disliked: We got there 9:30pm. Restaurant and bar was closed. Supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. Only chose this hotel because it had a bar and restaurant. Girl at the desk was very unknowledgable. Let us go up wrong elevator. Didn’t tell us there was another one for our side of hotel or a closer door to unload our stuff. Door to our room was hard to open. About the 3rd or 4th time it would finally open

Liked: We initially booked because the hotel had an indoor pool. This was closed for repair when we went. E we were willing to pay the extra for the hotel because of the pool but it ended up just being a normal hotel stay that cost more than the hotels around it.
Disliked: Pool was closed

Nice hotel with comfy bed...

Liked: The staff is lovely. Staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms need a little updating, but functional and clean. Breakfast is tasty and there’s a good variety. The gym needs a few more weights and the equipment for the pulley machine is missing. However. Is adequate.

Liked: It was close to James Madison University.
Disliked: They didn’t advise me the pool wasn’t working until we had arrived. I had a child with me and the sole purpose of booking this hotel was for him. Had I known prior the pool was not working, we would have booked elsewhere. There was no tub in the room. I did not ask for a handicap room but they put us in one. I hate showers and only like baths so the 3 days was miserable. They gave us a coupon for a free breakfast to make up for the no tub, got the text telling us breakfast ended at 10:30. Get there at 10 and they said they stopped serving at 10.
