Liked: I liked that there was a Starbucks in the main lobby.
Disliked: My first room was handicap accessible because my husband had knee surgery recently but the heat didn't work in the room. Also, the hot water knob was broken on the bathroom sink as well as the tissue holder. The standing lamp was broken as well. The second room we were offered didn't have a tub which is what I asked for. The third room wasn't handicap accessible but had a tub but the phones didn't work and the top to the toilet seat was broken. There were kids playing and throwing ice in the halls. Mentioned it to the staff and they said they get a lot of complaints about kids but they'll look into it. The overall stay could have been better if it wasn't for so many issues. We kept switching rooms causing my husband to keep walking on his knee.

Liked: It was a good location and the staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: I did not like that I slept with a comforter that I would give to a homeless person. It was absolutely filthy with mold and red spots that looks like blood stains. I reported it to the front desk and am now waiting for a refund and to speak with a manager about this matter.
