Liked: As always, the staff is always so polite and very attentive to the needs of the customers. No request was too far fetched or problem to complicated as the staff treated each customer as if they were the only occupant of the hotel. 10 out of 10 I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!
Disliked: I didn't like that my visit was so short because this location definitely is a much welcomed getaway from home. It's hard to find something that you don't like when they walk the ends of the earth to make sure that you get all that you need and more.

Great Time While Visiting for...

Liked: The breakfast was nice and the service was hot and fresh. Everything was good, we had no complaints about the restaurant or wait service.

Very poor

Disliked: I’ve stayed here numerous times, but this was by far the worst experience. The tub wouldn’t drain, there was no parking because they were working on the parking deck, I couldn’t get toilet paper despite asking for it many times and then had to go to the front desk to get it. The customer service was poor. The front desk attendants had poor attitudes and it felt like there must have been a change in management (and not in a good way).
