Good hotel but horrible staff...

Liked: Great location, good amenities and bedroom like all Hilton hotels, great restaurant with view
Disliked: Terrible service from staff members. Worst ever in any Hilton hotel I have been. From checkin to check out service level from staff were horrible. They treat guest like they are beggers. I requested them to put my hilton honors number and they didnt wanted. A pickup came for me and they told them that I was not in their records. Very poor service!!!
