Disliked: Wasn't able to sign up for the Hilton rewards account, kept telling me to try again later but the link was a one time only use so I couldn't sign up.

Disliked: They didn’t tell us about anything when we arrived !!! Nothing about were to get Food !!????

Disliked: Hot water ran out multiple times. Didnt have our room and many others ready before 5pm because they let a college basketball team check out around 4pm. We had over 30 rooms from our organization booked with our families. Kids missed or were late to team dinners because we couldnt check in at a remotely reasonable time. One elevator was broken for much of our stay. The restaurant on the property was understaffed for the multiple nights of our stay.

Disappointing

Disliked: Had to wait 2 hours to check in....even though we were there at the stated check-in time of 3pm1 of the 2 elevators was out of service most of the timeHot water was out for almost entire day.
