Poor experience with the Bell...

Liked: Location near to cruise terminal
Disliked: Leaving a bag with the Bell man costs USD$2 to $3 per day plus tip. That means after 25 days cruise, we have to pay USD$50 to $ 75 plus tip and it worth a lot more than the stuffs that I store in that bag which merely worth USD$15!!! Also the Bell man did not call a yellow cab/ taxi to us! Instead, he called his friend n we had to pay USD$ 40 a short distance from Hotel to Terminal J of REGENT Cruise !

Disliked: My tub wasn’t working / hot water wasn’t working / room wasn’t mopped

Exceptional

Disliked: Room was not ready when we arrived after arrival time. Miscommunication with housekeeping. Manager made several calls to check if room was clean. After approx 20 minute wait we got the go ahead that housekeeping was drying the floor and we were good to go to our room.

Liked: The view was amazing
Disliked: Only one working elevator. Had to walk all the way to the front of the building to get to one.
