Overall a beautiful hotel

Liked: The property was beautiful
Disliked: The smoking area right outside of the lobby seems too close to the front door. The Smoke was blowing into the lobby, causing some irritation.

Beautiful Views, Doesn’t honor Booking.com...

Liked: They had beautiful views. They give cookies upon arrival. Parking is convenient. The location was conveniently located for us near Rancho, Mirage and Palm Springs. The room is spacious.
Disliked: They charged me a resort fee even though I already paid it through booking.com. They said Booking.com didn’t put it in the notes. I was about to get my screenshot out of my proof that I already paid it ,Then they said that they would waive it. Which was weird because I paid for it and nobody was waving anything for me. But fine. But now I look and on top of the $50 hold charge there is a $40 resort fee, and they sent me a receipt showing that they charged me a resort fee.They have popcorn ceilings, and the tub looked disgusting.

Liked: The resorts' amenities were fantastic, with a beautiful pool and lush gardens that really created a serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean and offered stunning views of the distant mountains and country club. When I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a delicious cookie!

Liked: Location was fine. Not far from Downtown.
Disliked: Outlets (charger/lights) in room did not work, no trash bags in trash cans, no shampoo provided and was given time frame for outdoor pit of 1130pm due to staff being off duty at time. However, when I woke at 5:14 am the following morning, multiple pits were still on room, room 154 which was considered an upgrade at check-in was OFF.

Friendly staff

Liked: Good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was on the ground level with easy access to the parking area.
Disliked: Paid to be upgraded to pool view room however we didn't have a view of the pool - just the pool fencing

Fantastic stay for a fantastic...

Liked: There was a lot to do, Topgolf, use there bikes(at no charge) golf (no extra charge) the pool was great. They had a DJ Saturday which was fun. Pool side service, restaurants on site!
Disliked: Wish the restaurant was open longer for an actual sit down meal. there only open for breakfast and any other time u just order room service or at the bar.
