Liked: Good size bedroom.
Disliked: Very old tv can't even connect to casting.

Good value for money and...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the bar staff were also excellent

Unfortunately not as as enjoyable...

Liked: My partner and I visit here often to get a wee break away and have always loved this hotel. Unfortunately if this was our first time we wouldn’t be coming back.
Disliked: It was unbelievably cold in the dinning room, bar and bedroom. There was no pate that we wanted , no steak we wanted and no sausages in the morning at breakfast. The fruit was bad and no apple juice. The toilet had to be flushed several times for it to work. There was a lot of noise.Paid for dinner bed and breakfast package and tried to charge for our dinners both nights which got sorted. The hotel staff are AMAZING and we couldn’t fault them at all. Hopefully our next trip won’t be as disappointing as we have always loved our time at the westerwood.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Clean, warm and comfortable with well equipped rooms. Good selection at breakfast . Desk staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Cooked buffet breakfast was a little dried up. Spa was a rather tired and needing a bit of refurbishment

Not good for dogs or...

Liked: The staff weren't helpful when it came to offering child friendly rooms ..when I explained this they didn't offer any compensation.
Disliked: The lack of child friendly bedding in the room and there was nothing for the dogs.
