We were not too sure what to expect from the outside but were pleasantly surprised by the rooms - spacious and very comfortable. We had not intended to stay for breakfast but changed our minds on arrival. Great night's sleep - beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again - would recommend to anyone looking for extremely good value for money to book Glasgow City Hotel. You will be as pleasantly surprised as we were.

Very clean; staff very helpful. Great central hotel for shops and theatres; would recommend to friends and stay there again.

Disliked: Slight musty smell in the room - perhaps previously a smoking room.

A lovely hotel with helpful front of house staff; best night's sleep in a long time. Breakfast was fabulous and staff very prompt and attentive. Clean and tidy rooms.

Mostly good, but some areas...

Liked: Nice room, but there was weird pipe noises from the ceiling. The swimming pool is a bit run down and not very clean. The executive lounge had limited choice and the canapés were limited and not really suitable.

Enjoyed Our Overnight Stay. Pity...
