Liked: Everything was broken and dirty and the night time guy was an idiot !
Disliked: EVERYTHING Elevator button taped onSafe on floor, you would have had to lay on the filthy carpet to use !!!!!!!

Liked: The staff is extremely friendly and a great value for location and facilities!
Disliked: We were missing a shower curtain in our bathroom. Also wasn’t a fan of the location of pie room, 210. We had a view of the wall and couldn’t keep our curtains open because of guests going to and from the pool.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location, would defo come again and would defo choose the jetted tub again
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, there shop is over priced but 7/11 is 20 seconds from reception, so that’s irrelevant, will defo be staying here on my next holiday

Experience in true comfort

Liked: Checking in with Edith at Doubletree Hilton was such a nice welcome while it was Edith, it was a great start & THANKYOU for making the start of this trip so magical, for I went there closer to my Dental place so my wonderful roommate wouldn't have to drive so much in early A.M
Disliked: THERE WASN'T ANYTHING WRONG EVER ONE WE CAME INTO CONTACT WAS VERY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY THEE house keeping were amazing & extremely helpful.
