Disliked: Staff need to be clear on what is chargeable and included. Why do you have a token system for breakfast included guests? Cant you just know that with room number? They charged me for breakfast and I had to followup to get refund. Also that morning they gave me a bill and I had to follow these staffs to clear them that it was already included in my booking. Worst coordination and communication.
