Liked: The room we stayed in had a great view of the bridges, the sixth floor. Hotel was quiet. Restaurant was good, again a stunning view of bridges. Breakfast excellent

Liked: The location was great for getting to Edinburgh, leaving the car at Ingleston Park & Ride. The breakfast was OK but felt the food a bit cold and the tea served in a mug rather than a teapot meant it got cold quick.
Disliked: The staff were helpful enough but could have been a little more pleasant

Liked: Well appointed accessible room and wet room although the toilet was to low!! Nice location we wanted to see all the bridges across the forth of forth Restaurant had a good open aspect Meals tasty Beds comfy
Disliked: Low toilet not disabled friendly

Liked: Good location with excellent facilities. Staff dealing with check in and check out were very pleasant and welcoming
Disliked: Our ‘room with a view’ was obstructed by another portion of the building as we were only on the second floor. I was also very disappointed to hear that housekeeping had no record of an item that was forgotten in the fridge even though I had phoned just a couple of hours after checkout. This left me to question if the fridge was checked and cleaned between stays or if the item was possibly taken
