Liked: Easy to get too, plenty transport links, staff very friendly
Disliked: The maintence of the rooms should be kept on top off, our room had a faulty heating system also wall paper behind bed was ripped in places. And two bulbs weren’t working on arrival

Liked: The outside entrance was a mess with cigarette ends and empty alcohol bottles. I know you had parties going on however at 3-4am I expected the area to be cleaned up.Then your front desk person was not able to give me my receipt for the stay ‘it’s been very busy with parties and I have not had the time to do the money for the day’ this is not my issue here.

Disliked: that when we arrived we was left to take all the bags and cases up on my own with 3 kids yet the morning when I was checking out there was a man pushing his cases on a trolly to his room surly at 12am at night you should be offered the same service and specialy with kids !!

Liked: . Can walk to airport terminal. Comfortable, clean, quiet room.
Disliked: Restaurant food quality did not match standard of hotel.

Best airport hotel close

Liked: Everything was perfect, beds are super comfy, staff is friendly and there is a free shuttle to the airport. Food in the restaurant was tasty.
