Liked: Cookies on arrival, wine in the room. Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit tired looking, very bare, no pens or paper, tv channels were basic and not great signal.

Disliked: Certain areas need upgrading, spent a lot of money for one night, standard size bed which was very uncomfortable and awoke a few times cold!Part of the carpet was threadbare on one side of the bed.Asked for a room with bathroom shower in a cubicle rather than over the bath, was given a disabled accessible room, bathroom had no heating and chair attached to the wall gave limited access, which wasn’t ideal!Couldn’t find the room although given directions at reception, place is a maze! Would have been easier if given a map directing us to the area or written on the card container at reception.Would not spend that amount of money again (£185) for what we ended up with, disappointed
