Very nice staff and hotel. Parking spaces are very tiny. Restaurant and lounge hours didn't work for us. Would stay there again.

Very disappointing.

Disliked: Upon arriving in room, I discovered there was no remote control for the TV. I called reception and was told someone would be up shortly. After 20 minutes, I called again and was told someone would come to my room as soon as possible. After another 20 minutes, I was told one again, as soon as possible. Finally, after some 40 minutes, I received the remote control for the TV. Totally unacceptable.

Disliked: Parking garage very narrow & hard to park. Only 1 working elevator. Rooms in East tower were not well regulating temperature due to a/c won’t turn on when below 50 outside & our room was 78 degrees. Staff first morning was not helpful & it took 4 hours & 3 requests before we got maintenance help for the heat.

Not a hotel I would...

Liked: The plus side, staff at the restaurant were super polite and friendly.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room. There are it seems, fee paying drinks dispensers on every floor. There were only paper cups for the coffee maker in the room. There were tea bags, but no kettle. Overall, the hotel aesthetically looked good, however as a guest, you are poorly provided for.
