Davenport has a very nice downtown area; everything is close and within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: Reserved and paid for the room ahead of time; got there at 3:00pm - told had to wait until 4 to check in. Had to wait until 5:30 to get a room. I believe this was a staffing issue. Cookies were great.

Checked in to what was supposed to be a great hotel for our concert. We got to our room to shower and the exhaust mechanism in the ceiling was not working. We called the front desk to inform them after nearly being steamed out of the room and she informed us there was a ceiling unit and everything was fine, which it clearly was not. Ice machine was also not working on our floor. The beds were as if they had inserted air mattresses into the shell of a mattress. The floor in the room was filthy. The vast majority of people staying at the hotel on this very evening were there for the concert. They made sure that by the time the show was done that all of the bars within there were closed. The staff were less than exceptional. We will make sure to never stay there or at any of their hotels again.

Disliked: Nothing positive about this stay.

Disliked: The beds were terrible - extremely hard.

A freind and myself stayed at the Radisson becasue of the walkway to the Adler Theatre. The customer service was great; everything was close to walk to.

Liked: Clean. Great customer service, Close to theatre, casino and places to eat.
Disliked: No valet.
