Liked: The bed was comfortable, room was spotless and the location was perfect. More importantly, we had the pleasure of being served by Ellie during our visit. From the moment we sat down, Ellie was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. She anticipated every need with a warm demeanour. Her professionalism shone through in every interaction, and her attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect. Ellie embodies the qualities of an excellent host, and her outstanding service added a personal touch to our visit. It's rare to come across someone who strikes the perfect balance of efficiency and kindness. Disliked: Our neighbour next door had their TV on so loud it kept their baby up screaming from 2030 to 0230. No fault of the hotel, just guests that don't understand the effect they have on others. Again, no fault of the hotel.
