Our stay was absolutely perfect...

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it really is the best. The service is outstanding, all staff are so attentive - bar staff, reception staff, cleaners - honestly, we cannot fault them. Everything is so clean in the hotel, the food and drinks are lovely. The rooms are so nice, lovely comfy beds, large bathrooms, very clean throughout. We will definitely be coming back for sure - thank you all so much : )

Liked: The Staff were all friendly, the room had everything we needed, spacious, wonderful view, such a wonderful experience
Disliked: The Room heating was poor, the heating kept turning off itself, And made the room a little cold

Disliked: Really poor reception staff on check out. We had mislaid some keys after checkout, but was not allowed back to the room to check for them, and have to say Georgia at reception gave really poor customer service to a paying customer. We were told it had been cleaned fully and nothing was found and I should leave. I then managed to convince another member to let me in the room to check, lifted one cushion on the chair and there were the keys….so the rooms obviously aren’t fully cleaned as they say! Nice enough hotel, let down by really poor service from Georgia!
