Liked: Staff were helpful they offered balloons for my friend for her birthday...but you had to pay for parking and cupboards needed painting..was a bit noisy my friend said early in the morning the bed sheets were a bit small..

Liked: Ordering room service was disappointing. Simply because of the lack of options especially with drinks as there was a huge lack of soft drink options. The pizza was nice enough but very over priced. The coffee in the rooms are very cheap tasting. I did expect more in those aspects. I think it’s the little things that make the big difference to guests. Check in and check out were also very long processes. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
