Passable

Liked: the nice person at check in helped me get to my room early and made sure I got water and a cookie. I got fresh towels as requested.
Disliked: the bar/dinner option was questionable. I came downstairs a few minutes after 5pm just wanting to get a glass of wine. There were several people waiting to order dinner. It was nearly 5:30 before I got a glass, and the others there before me didn't have water or tea. It was clear there was one person there to take orders for dinner and serve drinks and it wasn't efficient by any means. Several people left while waiting. This was fine for a work trip.

Close to UT Dallas

Liked: Pros-Close proximity to UT Dallas, free parking, wifi was good, nice staff, spacious rooms and comfy bed and bathroom Challenges-Hallway noise from other guests can be heard in the room most notably between 11pm-3am. If guests are playing music or their TV is loud that sound unfortunatley travels into the hallway and you can hear it your room in the middle of the night.

Liked: My kids and I absolutely love the room, very clean, great customer service, breakfast was good as well, nice location, we didn’t have to travel much or to far to find fun activities to do for them! Overall experience 10/10! Highly recommended.
