Liked: The location and beds were nice.
Disliked: Plumbing was backed up for days, not by us. Maintenance didn't fix it. We had to use the lobby bathroom. Also, A/C wasn't working properly. Expect more from this brand at this price point.

Great staff and location, close...

Liked: The front desk staff was awesome from check-in, to in and out, to check out. They were all nice, professional AND attentive! Though I only got cookies one time while..lol. But over all great front desk staff. I would suggest that they be allowed in the cold/winter months to allow them a small heater to keep warm. Being off of the highway that cold wind is tough. Environmental Staff were great too! They were helpful and followed our request.
Disliked: The first night there, we had some very loud "neighbors". we could hear them arguing over the microwave and all. The walls are very thin. The door that connected the rooms were adjured somewhat at the top. Though we were able to keep the door closed with the locks it was still a little uneasy. Also, the bathroom had a vent in the shower but it did not work and it was full of visible dust. The fridge did not work, so we ended up having to throw food away. One of my sisters came over to meet me so we could go to our event, I could hear her at the door and she heard my reply loud as day and I was in the RR. YIKES
