Liked: Beds was comfortable
Disliked: Having to pay £8 for parking in the hotel car park this should be included in the stay it was not in the city centre so don’t understand why I had to pay for parking

Dissapointing

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: Paying for parking in a huge empty facility of the hotel, this should be included I was encouraged to order food 20 mins before service ended which i did and when it arrived it was cold, the chicken was overcooked to the point it had gone a funny colour and i couldnt eat it. As i paid for room service this was even more annoying. I was put in a room under some young men who started jumping and screaming approx 3am.As i was there for a work charity event (A Coventry Way) i needed to be up and gone early and breakfast wasnt available.
