We enjoyed our visit the...

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast.Beds were so comfortable and the room was clean and good value
Disliked: We did find the room quite cool could have been a little warmer as the weather was very cold outside

Shabby but acceptable

Liked: Location, check in easy
Disliked: Very shabby rooms, poor noise insulation, lots of mould round windows, furniture worn and dirty (though not the bed)

Stay was okay, service could...

Liked: I'm a massive fan of the Hilton Brand and a very loyal customer. The location of this hotel made it my top choice for booking.
Disliked: i spoke to a staff memeber who was assiting my mother at checkin about payments. I advised them that payment was being made by my mother as I had selected the pay on arrival option. They still went ahead and charged the card used to secure the booking instead of taking payment for all three rooms I had booked on arrival. The headache that ensued was not pleasent and it didn't leave us with a feeling that the staff pay attention to guest requests.
