Liked: The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was very nice and bed was comfortable enough. I enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: I was disappointed I couldn't buy any cookies but it was ok.

Liked: The vegan options at the restaurant
Disliked: The cleanliness was severely lacking, towels had stains, rooms were dirty and unkept. Mattresses were old and outdated and not comfortable.

Hated it.

Liked: The building was beautiful, the view from the balcony was amazing.
Disliked: The bathrooms were nasty. Hair in the shower, shower floor not clean. The balcony had a wasp nest INFESTED with wasps. Front Desk staff were very passive aggressive & unprofessional.
