Liked: The entry way & staff were nice
Disliked: It was absolutely gross, our room smelled of mildew, the entire hotel was torn apart, wallpaper falling down, and it looks like it’s been this way for a while. It didn’t state that on the booking website otherwise we would’ve went somewhere else. It felt as though we were being shoved off in a corner in an almost abandoned hotel…. Definitely was not arelaxing stay

Disliked: They should not be using rooms that are not ready for guests. I understand they are under construction but those rooms should not be used.

Location is great, but room...

Liked: Very nice front desk employees!
Disliked: I know they are doing renovations, but there’s no excuse for filth. There was mold and filth in the bathroom on floor and behind toilet. Peeling wall paper, mildew in the tub. In the hall there was trash and dirty towels. Floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months.

Doubletree sucks

Disliked: Water wasn't hot, phone not working, had to slam doors in order to shut them....could hear through the walls, bathroom near conference room had an odd smell, one room had no cold water in bathroom faucet and the water was cloudy, no light bulbs in room lamps...waited for hours for someone to bring some and in the rooms... the temperature was either cold or like a sauna no happy medium

Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The hotel was a mess , to noisy the ice machine was was to far for me and my sister to get to.

Liked: the facilities were fine.
Disliked: check in was terrible. I paid extra for a king room when I prepaid. I got a double. front desk was not helpful at all.
