Disappointed

Liked: The breakfast and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: The room stayed cold, it wasn’t equipped with any amenities I like “no refrigerator or microwave” room was small and outdated and it wasn’t worth the price

Adequate but not enough staff...

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel in the past so it was nice as usual
Disliked: My room was not ready to check in until 5:45pm and the event started at 6! We waited over 3 hours and barely had time to dress for the event. And we received no accommodations for the delay
