Superb
Liked: Everything was as advertised.
Disliked: A foreigner has just to get used to some of the ways, for example how the breakfast works.

No respect for their guests
Liked: Decent property, room is spacious and huge, choose them mainly because they offer twin beds, most of the properties in Chicago offers only 1 King Bed, was staying with my mom and twin beds room was my only option.
Disliked: Just imagine paying more than 300 USD for a hotel room and they charge for 2 water bottles that cost 2 Dollars! How hilarious and in-respectful could this ever be?! When we checked-in there was 2 bottles in the room, ok fine, the day after when they cleaned the room they didn’t put water, I called the housekeeping they said sorry we offer water in the first day only! When I went down and spoke to the reception the guy said this is a Chicago policy! Just imagine the reply! 300+ USD/ night for a room is simply a shame. I’m not even passing by this hotel anymore.

Conveniently located and most pleasant...
Liked: I particularly liked that upon checkin I was greeted by a warm and pleasant staff member and she even offered us cookies and water. This was particularly nice! Further, check in was a seamless process even though we got in early. We were allowed to leave our bags and return at a later time to check in. Great customer service form every member of staff I interacted with. My friend and I particularly liked that and the ability to get additional bottles of water when we forgot to purchase while out. In addition, the rooms are spacious and clean. One thing I must add is that upon check out I had an issue with my Uber driver who did not come to the hotel to pick me up as scheduled and was charged. The staff at the front desk at the time was most helpful and queried it on my behalf via the app on my mobile and the charge was reversed.
Disliked: I did not particularly like the shower curtain that is placed in the bathroom. I prefer a glass enclosure but it was not bad. Moreover, I the coffee maker did not work as good as.

Overall it was a good...
Liked: I like the service of management staff. Location is just perfect and on walking distance from of Chicago Activities.
Disliked: Closure of rooftop and poolside should be mentioned earlier but not at the front desk after the Check-In.
