Liked: Lovely rooms, very clean, excellent staff. Cookie on arrival was delicious. Great location close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Fantastic staff, great service, other...

Liked: The Staff, Zoe was excellent, very professional, her service, her excellence in service, her communication was superb. Frank was another awesome member of staff. Both very professional but really nice and well coming. The young girl when we arrived was also excellent.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't work, we were freezing on a night and had to put our coats over ourselves yo keep warm, we forgot to mention it when we checked out.
