Liked: I liked how clean the property was and the staff was nice .
Disliked: I did not like that the door wasn’t functioning well . Many times when we would leave and come back to our room the door did not want to open after numerous times of trying to unlock it. This is very unsafe as we would leave during the night for dinner & did not feel safe that we couldn’t get into our room quickly. We also did not like the fact that the toilet made very loud noises during the night & would not let us sleep very well.

Liked: A nice hotel located 15 mins from the downtown Philly. Good value for money with free parking, the lobby is very spacious and well decorated. Our room is clean and comfortable.

Could of been better

Liked: Guest services were god and helpful
Disliked: Room was very hot all night almost 80degrees and I turn it down but the air continued to come out hot , woman at desk said maintenance won’t be available until early (basically when I check out)
