Liked: Quiet room, very helpful staff, geat bed, spacious room, decent pool and spa, pool opened at 7am, late checkout at 12
Disliked: No bath, bathroom bit small, appearance of hotel bit utilitarian, cooked breakfast could have been hotter, no decent coffee at breakfast, just machine

Liked: The overall staff was do friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient. You can easily reach the high street and the shops. It is also have convenient location to the villages around. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Disliked: I was expecting to have a room with a bath, which what I booked during the reservation. However due to maintenance I couldn't have a room with bath, and no one mentioned that until I reach to the hotel and ask it to the reception, so that was a bit disappointment for me.

Liked: Room was very tired and dated. Window falling out and difficult to close, no reading lights by the bedand unable to turn a light on from the bed, I had to buy a touch. My room was £340 for 2 nights really expected the basics.
Disliked: The above.

Liked: Parking - plenty of spaces.Hotel - clean and tidy.Reception - Efficient and friendly and we were offered a hot cookie upon arrival which was great.Breakfast was included in the price.This wasn't mentioned upon booking the stay so was a lovely surprise.Lovely room- elegant , clean and lovely view on to the garden.Stunning hotel.Breakfast- good range of food and had a window seat looking out on the garden.Great coffee available in the room.Checkout was easy and friendly.Plenty of facilities ( gym/swimming pool etc) if you wanted them.
Disliked: Breakfast - Not very hot. Not sure how long it had been on the hot plate.Terrible coffee in the restaurant and only luke warm.Our room was 547- it was a very very long walk down corridors to get to it.!!!The pillows looked nice but there was no depth to them to sleep on. Your head just sank into them. Not nice at all.Stayed for a dinner / dance- food 7/10Portion control inconsistent and nothing special.Wait between courses too long.Disco too loud whilst people eating/ talking.Needed to be quieter background music.£5 car park charge was a diappointment after paying what we felt was a lot of money for the room.

Christmas in Cotswolds

Liked: Location, friendly staff, breakfast choice was amazing - also, swimming pool was included.
Disliked: Very run down, currently going through a revamp (which was explained) but rooms where lacking attention to detail, no light bulbs, no lamp shades, no bedside lamps, incredibly dusty (again, cannot be helped) with no compensation or, discounts. The extractor fan in the bathroom sounded like a drill and was falling out the wall, very old, very dirty.
