I was expecting more out...

Liked: First, let me say that the staff here at Chandler Hilton was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping did an excellent job at cleaning.
Disliked: The outside area in the front where you walk in was dirty. There was some garbage and debris, It could use a good sweeping and power wash. I was skeptical upon our first arrival because the outside looked unkept. I was also leary of the homeless family hanging outside. They eventually wandered over to the fast food place next door. Hilton Chandler should contemplate hiring security. The room was ok, not what I was expecting. I booked their largest suite, and it seemed quite small. Hilton Chandler is in need of updating the furniture, rooms, and bathrooms. The curtains are very dusty and dated. Some new window treatments can go a long way. Also, the sink had a very slow drain, and the toilet often clogged. We were able to take care of it ourselves, but 1 time we had to call maintenance (who arrived very quickly). I was impressed by all the staff. I would have given a higher score because of the above-mentioned I did not.
