Liked: Nothing. Won’t ever stay at Double Tree again. Very disappointed in staff and accomodations.

Disliked: I booked and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I purposely booked this hotel for family weekend for UB for the pool since I have 2 some kids.. there was no place that said the pool was under construction. I also called the front desk asking if there was a cancellation for next night if they could let me know since I needed to book a 2nd room. The front desk staff was very rude and refused to even entertain the idea of writing down my number to call if a cancellation came through. Also called the first night to have a pack-n-play brought to my room and never received it. The floor in our room was coming apart and had 1 inch gaps. The conditioner in the shower was empty upon arrival. The 2nd day, housekeeping came in and only made one of the beds. (Not a huge issue but just to add to the stay)

Liked: it was conveniently located. I forgot to bring a pair of shoes and there was a DSW five minutes away.
Disliked: if I had any compliance, which I don’t have, the bathroom was small. The sink was outside the bathroom and shower.

Liked: It is not a buffet but a credit on the bill that you use to purchase breakfast. More like a restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing was a nice stay.
