Disliked: Room was extremely hot we could not lower the temperature, bathroom drain dripping the entire night, tv was smudged looked like it was cleaned with a sponge, room looked like it needed repair, floor lamp broken - I booked through a third party and was unaware pool was not open

Liked: Like the room are spacious

It was mostly good.

Liked: Location was good for my plans.
Disliked: No cleaning. I stayed four nights and only had cleaning for one day. Fresh towels and a restocked coffee station would have been nice. Elevators were not clean.

Liked: Made reservations for 3 adults. Room was to have bedding for a Nina couch. We did. It have linen for our son to make couch up; there were only enough coffee and condiments for 1 person; when we were brought coffee supplies we were not given additional condiment's xat all. We only had towel supplies for 1 person; had to request for those to be brought up. Room was not well prepared before our Chechen at 3:15pm …
Disliked: Room was prepared for 1 person only even though I had entered for 3 persons and charged for such. Not up to par to other double trees.

Pleasant

Liked: The room was clean ans comfortable. The beds were nice aswell.
Disliked: The pool was dirty and very cold. We didn't have enough towels in our room.
