Liked: The facilities, however this time the receptionist was not helpful, when asking for direction in using lift to reach ground 0 floor. She seems don’t bother (blonde female), it’s a pity.

Disliked: Room was very dingy at back of hotel with poor outlook. Decoration was depressing, carpet tired. Fan to control heating etc unbalanced and therefore noisy. Biscuits poor quality. No case rack. Arrived in the dark and had to carry heavy case up lots of stairs to reception. At 86 and 75 not easy. Expected better for £140 b&b. £10 car park seemed last straw.

Liked: Pretty location lovely building, room really nice. Bed very comfy. Buffet breakfast - very expensive for what you get.
Disliked: Reception recommended a specific taxi company to take us to a wedding (15 mins away) we were quoted £75 return and they wanted payment up front. Tried Uber and the taxi came straight away and only cost £13. Feel like the hotel have some kind of deal going on with the taxi company so do not be fooled into using them! Cleaners were a bit unprofessional we asked what time check out was and they were laughing.Restaurant was quite dark.
