Good breakfast, old and tired...

Liked: Good breakfast choice and friendly staff
Disliked: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and creaked. Hotel felt old and tired.

A bit disappointed…

Liked: Size of room good but it appears that the service is again going downhill
Disliked: The broken telly in one room .. the need to supplement the heating with electric radiators.. lack of condiments in room .. the lack of the rooms being serviced during stay .. additional charge for parking .. excessive cost of anything from the bar

Exceeded our expectations.

Liked: This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is comfortable, clean and in a good location for the M5. We had an evening meal and breakfast which were both very good. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We will use this hotal again.
