Disliked: We were so upset by the rudest women in the pool doing a class.Inaddition, barking constantly from a dog I have an allergy and was so unwell, why would you not do separate areas in the building for animals so you would know and have the opt out choice, as you do in other places.

Disliked: Room next to a guest with a dog - a lot of barking and off putting if you’re not a fan of dogs in hotels.

Disliked: I would call it improvement. Probably more Gluten Free options in breakfast . Also the folding bed wasn't comfortable and squeaky. Definitely room for improvement there. We went to Leicester and they gave full 2 standard double beds so you can't beat that comfort but if that's not possible then definitely the sofa bed can be of better quality for a family of 3 or 4 with kids staying in a one room

Liked: Staff accommodating, discreet, and polite.Room beautiful, I did get an upgrade, Thank you.Bed super comfortable and great bedding. Complementary cookies on arrival a bonus and the lounge area ,cosy.A great stay.
Disliked: There is nothing to complain about ,but for the sake of completion, parking charges, however Bristol is notorious for poor parking space.
