Super hotel for the price.

Liked: The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. There were bath robes. Also at the pool they gave towel to use each time, meaning I didn't have to use the one from the room when swimming. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent choice.,
Disliked: Signage in the car park. If they had ev charging.Make it clearer in advance that parking is charged for.

Liked: Very easy to find.Nice relaxed atmosphere and easy check in.
Disliked: The room did take a long time to heat up, infact I had to call reception for them to have a look.The young man on reception, Robin, came straight away to check for me.Overall very good, shame about people shouting along the corridor at 3.30am, but that's not the hotels fault.

Disliked: Breakfast was a bit cold. Booking.com system apparently doesn’t talk to the hotel in terms of booking details so we were incorrectly charged for breakfast and had to request a refund. Had to pay for parking which seems a bit misleading when the hotel advertises parking, you assume it’s included in the cost

Disliked: We had problems with our room and no one has bothered to get back to us after numerous emails. We were woken up in the early hours with people banging on our doors which the hotel double booked our room.
