Would have been fine at...

Liked: The receptionist who dealt with my issues was fantastic. Proactive, approachable, efficient in finding a a resolution, fantastic. Communal areas were beautiful. Pillows very comfortable. Efficient check in and check out. Robes and slippers provided.
Disliked: Breakfast was utterly atrocious. Things placed so customers have to lean over food to get to other items. Bad quality sausages, rubbery hash browns, only one type of egg available. Beds were two singles put together.

Disappointed- unclean and dated.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Disappointed with the room. Bathroom was unclean and the room was very dated. Surprised as this is a Hilton.

Superb

Liked: Staff very helpful and efficient, additional housekeeping requests fulfilled promptly. Was able to check in slightly early and the check out time is generous. Convenient location and on-site parking reasonably priced.
